Pros
Very flat and open culture. You can ask anyone at any level anything you need. This company has some of the best leadership in the industry. These guys have legitimately built multi billion dollar companies in the past and Rippling will be the next one. People are legitimately hitting 200% of their quota and making huge paychecks. If you are a great salesperson, you will make a lot of money here. Great catered lunches everyday with a stocked fridge with snacks as well. Great equity packages.
Cons
This is a true startup and there is not a lot of hand holding. You will have to figure out a lot of things on your own. This company is growing too fast to have time to sit down and teach all the little details. Some people really thrive in this atmosphere, but it is definitely not for everyone. The health insurance insurance policies are not the greatest. They do not cover dependents currently.
