      I can not say the company has any real Pros for employees.

      Cons

      Expect to wear multiple hats while being micro managed. No promoting within the company. Main line workers or over worked, under valued, and underpaid Your good ideas will be dismissed; especial if it cost money. I have plenty that can be said but honestly. I don't have enough time to say everything needed to be said. Go work for the company and see for yourself.

      Pros

      Flexibility is the only pro of working here. The team is close and easy to foster relationships with other employees. It's easy to get by with minimal effort.

      Cons

      The pay is sub-par. They will pay someone new with less work experience and education than the current employees who have been there longer.
