Flexible office style, very laid back

The brokers are terrible at communication, you never know what is actually going on, what the goals of the company are, and you will never get a straight answer from upper management. They do business in the field which means you will never be included in any real meetings because they don't have any and make you feel incompetent when you were never given any direction or budget to make anything happen.
