Pros

It makes profit… so you have a job.

Cons

It’s good to care about profit because obviously if not.. nobody has a job. But what is funny is how they’re now doing this venture into so-called Care Farming under the guise of ‘positively changing lives” Care farms are where tax payers pay for SEND children to learn in an educational environment… sounds noble, right? A lovely Not-for-profit venture to positively change lives? Not this CEO (the one not listed on here, which is ironic… or a good choice!) All you would hear is about how ‘reliable’ the money is, about how much it’s going to be worth, about what this will do for profit…. Nothing about how excited he is to help SEND children who need help… nothing about how he is looking forward to seeing how it helps their lives… No… it’s just about the money… the profit.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Rise has always been clear about what we stand for. We are a performance-led business that believes in accountability, growth, and building something sustainable. Profit is not a dirty word here. It protects jobs, creates opportunity, and allows us to invest in new ideas and future projects. Anyone who has spent meaningful time at Rise will understand that. What is disappointing is when opinion is presented as fact, particularly around ventures or conversations that sit outside someone’s direct role or experience. The anonymous nature of Glassdoor makes it difficult to verify context, and unfortunately we have seen periods where a small number of bad actors have posted misleading or fake reviews. That doesn’t reflect the reality of over 150 people who come to work here every day and contribute positively to our culture. We are proud to be ambitious, commercially focused, and forward-thinking, and we are equally proud to be an award-winning place to work. Rather than forming a view from anonymous commentary alone, we encourage anyone interested in Rise to speak directly with our team, meet our people, and understand first-hand why so many choose to build long-term careers here. This environment won’t be right for everyone, and that’s okay. We wish you the best moving forward and hope you find a place that aligns with what you are looking for.

Pros

Learnt how to use new software Bear in mind that any negative review that’s on here they try to deny. And not take accountability, I 100% worked here and if you do the same will experience the same

Cons

- make you use PTO for a family member who’s passed away. ( company policy apparently ) - how is your office in Brickell and you don’t give any kind of parking and are not lenient of Miami traffic in any way ( manager has no clue about Miami traffic because they scooter to work) - from pretty much day one you will be working the job and even your performance will be analyzed even as an associate. They won’t fail to mention that your ‘ underperforming’ even though your learning the job. I was expected to go home and ‘ resource’ and ‘ learn the 200page recruiting manual’ in which i was reminded daily I would be tested🤣 if you don’t repeat it exactly how it is in the manual you will fail. ( by the way you are actively doing the job , cold calling , getting clients) - when your manager isn’t worried about dealing with his own clients, he will check in and if you manage to get a client instead of trusting your judgement he will then call them back and ask them all of the same questions that you have just asked them. Why give me the job if you’re going to micromanage everything. - the setting is weird one tiny office with no other associates or nothing - you will hear the same words every single day to the point it’s not even motivating. They talk about having a ‘ winners mindset’ and knowing your ‘ long term goals’ every single day. Repeating the same words. - even when managers aren’t in, you will go in to the office alone and have meeting with the UK team🤣 - awful company, I’ve since moved on and the difference between a good company and bad company operating in the United States is so so clear. - make false promises about where the company is going. There’s a reason that in a year and a half they’ve barely grown or can’t keep employees.
