Pros

Reimbursement for metro cards and even that takes like 3 weeks

Cons

This job is like selling your soul to an agency who feels that you’re replaceable. Disorganized took them 3 months to give me a login You get home at 9/10PM THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU OVERTIME you have to do everything in the 35 hours but you end up working 40/50 hours. If not, you’re not managing your time properly. Words are not support Put systems in place but highly disorganized You end up working during your personal time You don’t have time for yourself You don’t have time for your family - if you have kids this is not the job for you unless you have a sitter who will be with your kid for 10+ hours The agencies attitude is do it or get written up. They want to get more grants from the city so they have to get good scores No training - you don’t know when things are due or when you’re suppose to do them - then held accountable when you mess up Healthcare is crappy Taking time off is a problem/ use case aide for administrative responsibility not to help case planners. Management is terrible - will tell you that you have to do whatever you have to including making visits at 9PM-6AM to make contacts or on the weekends.
