I worked at Rising Sun for over five years and was constantly amazed by the commitment, passion and drive of the team. Jodi Pincus, the Executive Director was instrumental in expanding the organizations services to reach low income communities and provide summer employment to thousands of young adults. She cared deeply about the impact of the organization and the team that worked with her. During my time at Rising Sun Jodi expanded benefits to include 403b's, life insurance and low out of pocket cost medical for her employees, she also worked with the Board to increase staff pay-rates, She worked closely with the new CEO and I believe the great work of this organization will continue to grow.

Board were often slow to respond to organization's needs, despite Executive teams requests.
