Pros
Direct contact is organized, directive and proficient in ID, It's nice to work with a manager who is a designer first, so she is able to give clear instruction. Additionally, worked very well with my weekly availability. Routine communication allowed me to understand my deliverables and make my deadlines with ease.
I enjoy working with the staff as it's challenging. I found I've been able to grow my skillset while working, which is always a bonus!
