Some of the pros working for Riskcare New York, is that the company is small less than 50 people. The management team is approachable and willing to address any question or concerns at any given time. The business projects are complex but it is nice to have variety.
Cons
The downside to a smaller company is that Riskcare does not participate in 401k retirement match. As a whole, Riskcare's benefit package is competitive. However, retirement is important and I know I am losing money.
