      Pros

      I came into Rita Staffing desperate to find a new job. The interview and hiring process was easy and the staff were friendly. The environment of the company is to genuinely help people find positions they will enjoy and grow, not treating you like a number to fill a position.

      Cons

      I received several calls for temp positions but needed something full time. Rita Staffing never stopped looking for that perfect position for me!

      Pros

      At first it was OK. Decent training. Everyone SEEMED like they were good and loyal people. That wore off within about six months…

      Cons

      Lower pay compared to other firms, cliques, seemingly no loyalty. Witnessed upper management bash former employees on several occasions. It was uncomfortable at times.
