      Pros

      The only good thing for me was work from home 4/5 days a week. Most employees were 5/5

      Cons

      Constant untested IT environment changes causing issues for years now. All concerns were not headed and more avoidable work for frontline support gets unnecessarily created while at the same time being downsized. This affects the company as a whole and there is no accountability for poorly tested and implemented systems changes. Seems like this company is getting “GameStopped” after merging with IAA.

      Support is abundant throughout the company, making my role easier to take on any daily tasks.

      The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

      Cons

      Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
