Pros

Within the store itself I find that the employees want to have a successful store, but being chronically understaffed leads to everyone just doing the minimum. The atmosphere is friendly for the most part and if you have a good relationship with your peers it's easier to find someone to cover in the event of a family emergency or a much needed extra day off.

Cons

Benefits are ok. The uppers put more time and though and money into how to reward hard working people when I'm sure a decent raise would go much farther to reward hard workers. Programs are rolled out with little or no notice and POG revisions often go undone due to not haveing the staff to assign them to or the time to do them yourself. WIth so much that corporate says NEEDS to be done there is always something that should be done that often gets forgotten.
