Pros
Not a bad company to work for. Not in the greatest financial shape so that may be something to take into consideration. Within my store/pharmacy the employees and management are great. I really like being a pharmacy tech overall although some days I do curse it. It's definitely better than where I used to work! Pay at the moment isn't great but that is because I have only been there since feburary 2009, and am brand new to pharmacy teching.
Cons
My particular pharmacy is in a location where the townspeople are known to be demanding and nasty, but that's not Rite Aid's fault. Working in the pharmacy can be stressful but you'll get that in any pharmacy.
