Pros
Nice discounts. Good customer connections. Fairly straightforward responsibilities. Empowered to make a customer happy.
Cons
Pay time is very inconsistent. No way to get assistance for a problem in an acceptable amount of time. No corporate leadership. Unrealistic expectations w/ chaotic training. Poor coverage and scheduling so tight there is no back up plan. Virtually impossible that any other store will have available help. Lots of theft.
