Upper management blames the owners for their high turnover but the real issue is how management and education treats the employees.

Friendly coworkers with similar interests, average pay. Mostly friendly customers.

Don't train you properly and then gets mad at you when you are doing things incorrectly. Poor communication between management and employees. Gave little to no time to see your personal improvements. Don't try asking questions because then you'll get looked at like you're speaking a different language. Overall would've loved to stay but needed to prioritize my mental health.
