.The pay is crap for the amount of work you do
. Managers from every department will tell you what to do even if they're not on your department
. Communication between mangers is SO BAD and the sales assistants end up getting blamed for their negligence
. The technology doesn't work half the time
. Customers complain more about the bad attitude that the managers have more than the regular sales assistants
. Employees are not taught how to deal appropriately with customers
. Training is non existent
. Staff turnover if so high that you never know anyone's name.
. Even on full time wages, you'd still probably have to live your parents.
