You don't get paid for the complete hours. - Sales Assistant River Island Employee Review

One thing I HATE about working there is that they ask me to do overtime/extra hours but I don't get paid for the extra hours/overtime that I do which is ridiculous. So they told me to fill out a payment query and it will take 2 weeks they said for an update...it's been a month since I gave in my payment query and until now they still haven't paid me for my extra hours. They owe me over £200. Advice to people who want to work in river island stratford westfield city...DON'T WORK THERE. Because you will get under paid.
