Discount is ok, I like the people I work with and meet day to day, like travelling around and meeting new faces

Not enough staff in ANY ROLE, not enough praise for tasks followed correctly, not enough encouragement considering some have 1 day off at Xmas and that's all and are here till late on Xmas eve
