      There is no growth opportunity, you will not be taught how to do your work properly, no accountability from managers, you do not get creative freedom unless you kiss some booty. Toxic clique company.

      Good money, just have to stay as late as possible.

      Cons

      Lousy clientele. I used to go to work just asking for nice people. the most ratchet expensive restaurant I ever worked for.
