There are plenty of opportunities for growth, improvement, and learning at the company. You will work hard here. Great company culture: people are great to work with, direct, and work hard to get things done. No nonsense or b.s. Achievement is acknowledged and rewarded. CEO is a politician, but no workplace politics.

No place is perfect, but management is open to feedback. The downsides I have experienced so far have been resolved or are being worked on. You might need to mention an issue once or twice, though, because people have lots to do.
