Pros
If you looking for a place to start your professional journey and haven't had any offers from any kinda big financial services company, look no further. If you were like me where most financial services companies and banks I was going for (the MS's, JP. Morgan, Black Rock etc whom I had done internships with) didn't offer you anything. Taking this road can really help you get some experience and get used to using Excel on an everyday basis and with training from the team you will get to speed. Generally an okay experience.
Cons
The work gets too rudimentary and repetitive. Pay is very poor and sometimes you are left with days where you have absolutely nothing to do. Everyday is the same and the lack of progression makes it not a place you'd like to be for the long haul. You don't feel like you are contributing anything and hardly any feedback. Generally, repetitive work.
