Utter disrespect for their employees. Abuse of time, and poor management by TPMs as well as upper management. Fraudulent billing of insurance constantly, and failure to provide adequate treatment and care to patients, being paid for services they are not providing. Consistently understaffed, increasing the burdens on daily therapists. Pay is insulting. Not only that, but there doesn’t seems to be a standard followed - new grads making nearly what experienced therapists are making.
