Pros

-The sales team is awesome. Very helpful and supportive, friendly, and all around very enjoyable team to work with the two of them. -All positions are 100% remote.

Cons

All these are my opinions, for which I am entitled to share: -They do no fairly support those with disabilities; they try and make it seem like they do, but fire you after being sick a few times. Literally, I was fired the first day back from being sick, and they tried to do it while I was out sick, but didn't get the opportunity to do so, as I wasn't able to attend the meeting because I was sick! -When letting you go, they offer a severance package, but you have to sign your life away in order to receive it. But I beg you to please refrain from signing this form without having a qualified attorney review it for you. Because one week out, and I already am receiving harassing and threatening emails for merely posting a comment on LinkedIn that wasn't even remotely related to them. But they sighted my comment as being "obviously" about them. No, it actually wasn't. So I'm sharing this review here because I want others to know the risks associated with being employed by this unjust company. Because if you sign the form and take the severance pay, they will then have the ability to sue you and you're responsible for attorney fees if you say anything they think is about them, even if it's not. They seem to be expending a lot of resources into policing and watching? They treat people like me unfairly, and go to great lengths to hide that instead of just treating people with respect to begin with. They try to pay you a tiny amount equivalent to one month of base pay in exchange for not sharing your experience as an employee as I am now. They give you a tiny tiny bit, but then you're giving up your first amendment right. I feel everyone is entitled to know this and make sound decisions of whether or not to accept employment from a company. Sadly, there were no reviews left for them for me to go by because apparently everyone else before me had accepted the severance pay. I however will be struggling financially because I feel you have a right to know, and it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make as I strongly believe everyone needs to know about my experiences. -They say you have unlimited PTO, but you are made to feel like you need to stay late and catch up, and you end up working long days! -Don't ever ask to merely have a conversation about your commission. I thought we were meeting to continue our discussion of whether it stayed the same, or if they think we could have restructured it and negotiated. But no, I got fired instead, with no legitimate or logical reaso??. They cited "We cannot raise your base pay." And I never asked for a raise of my base pay. I asked to have a conversation. I didn't make demands, or ask for any numbers, I asked for only a conversation and shared why I felt the commission was unrealistic. -I was told at my job offer that the commission of about $28,000 to bring my gross to where I needed it to be to *barely make ends meet* was easily obtainable. The CEO never denied that she said that, because she know very well it wasn't, and refused to admit that it wasn't easily obtainable. -Just FYI, it is not doable to get 16 demos a month with their lack of lists, and endless emails you have to send out too. -Onboarding was a joke. The CEO just never did her part, like didn't show for meetings she told me to attend with her and never bothered to reschedule. I was expected to learn it all on my own, which lead to an entire month being wasted and getting no commission because I was doing what I thought I should be, but the email sequence timing wasn't correct and it didn't work as it should have if done correctly. -You can share you're struggling financially, physically and so one, but they will only say those canned phrases like "Sorry you're not well, but..." and don't actually have any empathy for you. Upper management only cares about the revenue coming in. (And their 2 month long personal vacations in exotic places). You can't afford food, they say they can't afford to pay you, but yet they're living the high life on vacations. You're made to feel like you're merely an object to complete a task. I will say that after saying it again and that I felt that my comments about being broke were dismissed, the CEO sent a $200 gift as a friend to go get groceries. Perhaps the only nice thing done for me personally, but it only came after I told her she made me feel unheard and dismissed the first times I shared. -If you need a work computer, they will send you an old and extremely slow laptop that is worthless. You'll have to use your own if you want to actually get any work done. -You are made to use your personal cellphone for all work, and you no longer have any privacy as it's blasted everywhere. -If you live on the east coast, you'll have Very long days. -There is no stability for their future because any one else could easy update their product and instantly Rivia Health would be out of business. -Lastly, although I could continue to write so much more, and long enough to equal a trilogy, the take away is they simply don't seem to care about you as a personal. They are cold, and cruel with their tactics of firing you, especially because I asked to discuss my commission structure because I was going broke without the supposedly "easily obtainable" commission. I shared that I couldn't even afford groceries and had extinguished my entire savings account, was in a really bad place financially, and they fired me, as a result. All while knowing it would make that exponentially worse. Again, the only they would site as a reason for firing me was because they stated they couldn't pay me more, even though I was making a third less than I was told I could expect. They will deceive you, are apathetic, and definitely do not care about your physical or mental wellbeing and that those other problems that are the direct consequences of their choices and actions. Of course this is my experience and my opinions, but I feel everyone has a right to speak their truth, their opinion, and do so to help educate others when making a decision of accepting employment from them or any company, and I'm very grateful for glassdoor so we can share. I only wish someone had posted their experiences here for me to see and prevented this nightmare.

Pros

I’ve worked here for almost two years, and I can genuinely say this is the happiest I’ve been at any company. I truly enjoy my role and the people I work with. While there are busy days (and stressful ones, like any job), that never takes away from the support and kindness that’s felt on a daily basis. Leadership is a huge strength here. Our CEO and COO are thoughtful, level-headed, and genuinely kind. They’re approachable, open to feedback, and willing to listen, which makes a big difference. There’s a strong culture of collaboration, and teams are always willing to help each other out or work through challenges together.

Cons

The company is spread across different locations and time zones, so you don’t always get that in-person connection with coworkers, result from any remote job.

Pros

I’ve been at Rivia Health for over three years, and watching the team build a top-rated patient payment experience has made my role as a salesperson much easier and super fulfilling. The product continues to improve through direct customer feedback and strong collaboration across teams. The development team executes quickly, and the account management team always helps our customers optimize performance. The earnings potential is significant, which I attribute to the strength of the team and the opportunities available at Rivia. The environment rewards people who are willing to navigate change, work through ambiguity, and approach problems creatively. This is a highly relationship-based business, and I’ve really enjoyed building long-term relationships across medical networks. I’ve also appreciated the opportunity to travel (enough to stay connected without overdoing it) and to spend meaningful time with teammates, current customers, and prospective partners in a few great cities.

Cons

Training early on is often just enough to get you up and running, with a lot learned on the fly through the market and direct customer feedback. That said, as the team has scaled, there’s been more bandwidth and collaboration, making it easier for new reps to ramp faster and earn more quickly. We’re also seeing more inbound leads as traction in the market grows, so many of the historical challenges are beginning to solve themselves in this next phase of growth.
