      Pros

      While we work hard, it’s a very laid back and friendly workplace. Also, you get a really good free healthcare plan, and also retirement, 401ks, mutual funds, etc.

      Cons

      Nothing besides entry level pay, which is mediocre at best. Other than that, it is a really great company to work for and I have no complaints.

      Low hourly salary for the 1st few years of employment Extremely high 811 ticket demand, with multiple large projects taking place throughout the fastest growing county in Alabama, simultaneously while being extremely understaffed to keep up with the pure work load
