Poor management and no opportunities for growth - Associate (Co-ordinator) Rivoli Group Employee Review

It's probably the worst company I have ever worked for. - The higher management doesn't talk properly - No acknowledgement or involvement - No increments and promotions - Disrespect - Promotion to only those who are connected to the Owner / CEO (Friends, Family, etc.) - Upper management lacks skills and understanding because they are there because of a connection - No work-life balance - Compensation structure isn't good - There isn't a single thing good that came out of working for this company.
