Pros
Nothing there are no pros!
Cons
I worked in Riyadh Schools for a few years and it was the worse experience of my life. Students were initially assessed 4 times a year but now are assessed 6 times a year. This means you have 6 formal examinations in the academic year; 6 Reports for each subject you teach each year for every student and Several Parents meetings. Students are exhausted with assessments which isn't fair as they are not properly being assessed! You are over worked and underpaid. You plan for subjects and lesson plans daily. When you come home from work you are absolutely exhausted. Your planning at home; your evenings and weekends are consumed with work. Do not expect to have a good work / life balance because it does NOT exist in Riyadh Schools. You are under pressure ALL of the time. Avoid Riyadh Schools! The payment of salary is very low compared to other schools in Riyadh. Atleast in other schools if your working a lot you are being paid a lot too. But not in Riyadh Schools! A Currupt school which only cares about money! Parents are paying way too much for their children to attend this school... the school fees should be halved due to Covid! Students are not being properly assessed! Examination grades are made up to please parents and students! AVOID RIYADH SCHOOLS!
