      Good place to improve your soft skills as they provide learning and development for career growth

      Cons

      iam sure the positive comments given here are posted some years back before the merging with wipro. currently there are no salary increments / promotions or no career growth management is just playing safe game to secure their positions . internal leadership is too micromanaging and alienating by putting people emotionally burnout . Never expect a work life balance here, no recognition ! no employee well being . no career growth!!

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
