Pros
Staff and supervisors were fantastic, job isn't too hard and staff meal allowance is pretty good
Cons
Management are absolutly useless. Will come in for an 8 hour shift, sit down at the tables, eat and play on phones for 3+ hours at a time. Pop over to the units, give the staff grief, then go sit back down for more food. Expect to get daily bollockings for anything and everything they can think of. I personally went away on holiday for a week, got dragged into the site directors office and threatened with loosing my job because a fridge had broken down while I was away, And when I tried to argue I got more abuse. This is a common place thing, and if you havnt got your tongue up the right people's backsides, you will get the same treatment. In the last 2 months, all but 2 of the supervisors walked out, and many more staff. You will be treated like something scraped off the bottom of the managements shoes Take a job with roadchef at your own risk. Oh and also, don't get ill. If you get signed off work because of a serious health issue, they will push you out of the company.
