Pros
Great staff at corporate to work with and do back office billing, etc. Huge line of trucks and independent drivers.
Cons
Agents don't get any programs to go to that have pricing in place for LTL. All we are able to do is send it to a company that works for them and they add on their part and send it back to us. Double Broker all around. 25 years at this and that's double brokering!
