In brief, I enjoyed working with the clients and servicing their needs. The Robert Allen Group as a whole, was a wonderful company to work for.
Cons
I was warned beforehand about the new showroom manager. What transpired in my tenure was unfathomable. The showroom manager would berate me and all employees openly in public to the clients and to upper management. Additionally, she would speak the most incredulous, defamatory, private things about the other employees. Clients routinely said that they would not visit the showroom because of the showroom manager. Sales goals were changed and she took credit for others hard work by controlling the outcome and stripping you of any cognizance. Upper management is unaware of the tactics and manipulation demonstrated by this manager. The HIGH turnover rate in this position should be a HUGE red flag for the company. If it wasn't for the manager, I would still be there.
