Dynamic, enthusiastic work team and environment. Interesting projects and industries. Large focus on work \ life balance. Relaxed, fun working environment. Excellent benefits and leave standards. Very gender and cultural accepting environment.
Cons
Large focus on performance reviews, however the outcome counts for nothing towards salary review or position review. German focuses and processes can be very intensive. Such a large company, sometime it's difficult to get the bigger picture an an engineer.
