work-life balance, relaxed culture, quality of work depends on the team, people in the bottom 4 levels of the hierarchy are generally nice to work with.
Cons
tendency to stagnate if you don't take initiatives. Politics above 4 levels in hierarchy can some times tricle down to affect people below.
