Pros

I have worked for the company for over 6 years and have been through its huge transformation. Love working for a company that takes pride in their work and craftsmanship. Project Managers are highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented and go above and beyond. The company is always willing to take on a new challenge. Great people to work with. Flexible vacation time. Pay cheques are always on time. Daily fresh cappuccinos

Cons

Very fast paced environment. Alot of things are happening at once and its easy to get lost, so organization and efficiency is key. If you don't want to work hard, this place isn't for you.

Management does not know how to conduct administration of a own company. One of the owners speak non-sense in all meetings but does not know how to execute any admin plan! The same owner let 2 dummies called project managers, lead the biggest project the company had in last 5 years. None of them knew or will know anything about project management! They were able to sink the entire project! Owner hires anyone who shows up in front of him, paying too much, not thinking which consequences it will have in the future(payroll budget!) Owner does not know at all how to conduct any business....poor decisions!!!too results!
