Most employees have been at the company for 8+ years which speaks to how the company is great to work for! We get to work with beautiful jewelry and leadership is super involved - with frequent interaction with the ceo/president on a day to day basis. Our hours are great with 9-5:30pm with no pressure to stay later

It’s great because it’s run like a small family business which is surprising for the size of the company! However, this leads to having to be involved in many parts of the company that may not technically be your role. It does help in learning the business overall though. Also we are in the office 5 days a week and no wfh days
