      Pros

      I can set my own hours to work. The ladies in the corp. office that I work with arfe a great help. My manager is one of the 2 best managers that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      They changed the milage to 30 mile area from 20 mile area from home. Now have to travel further for less paid for mileage.
