Pros
Work with beautiful flowers, get to take home exra flowers for free, if you get along with other team members it can be a lot of fun in the field, opportunity to learn in a strong culture of teaching and sharing knowledge about plants, flowers, farming techniques, opportuity to take on responsibilities. Farm/business is expanding. Very high product standard. A good job for someone who doesn't have a lot of epenses and doesn't need to earn or save a lot.
Cons
this farm tills, lots of bought in flowers for arrangements, wedding, and store (brides beware: the flowers and greens in your wedding will NOT be 100% local or from the farm. If that's important to you, you should specify that in your consultation), some toxic managers on staff you have to work around, can be a stressful work environment, low pay for such a physically demanding job, no benefits for seasonal employees. Not a good job for someone with lots of expenses or who want to save money for the future.
