Pros
Honestly, none. It paid my bills. There were a few kind souls. The managing partner of our office had mean nicknames for his partners and bullied people so seamlessly they didn't know how to react. I think they kept silent because they made a lot of money but it was sad to see.
Cons
I still have nightmares about this place. One of the few people I connected with was the HR Director, who was extremely helpful, smart and offered me good advice when it was time for me to go. I understand she's gone now, too.
