Pros

The only “pros” I can think off is that the hourly pay is decent, and it’s a good way of getting work experience in the aviation field.

Cons

This place is ran like a sweatshop. There is no employee appreciation and they micromanage. Robinson also has a history of mass lay offs. I got laid off along with several other workers. A lot of their job positions don’t require any experience, and you get on the job training. However, the job duties are repetitive and boring. Not a good atmosphere to work under.

Pros

Managers and supervisors work very hard and know what they are doing. Good benefits, good predictable environment, safe operations. Lots of employees work here for 20+ years and talk about how it's help them grow a family or buy a house.

Cons

new employees should be ready to work hard during their shift. Some people can't hack it here. We build aircraft, so quality control and personal responsibility needs to be very high if you want to work here.
