      Pros

      Nice, smart people. Haven't run across any jerks. Cool product making a positive impact. Clear vision from top leadership about what we're trying to do. Unlimited PTO Generous pay I really like my manager

      Cons

      Code, tools, processes all old. A lot of time lost on everything but development (fighting with tools, trying to understand old code, etc).

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
