      Pros

      The food and snacks, the friends I made

      Cons

      Management. What a nightmare. I was hired in to do a job and analyze data and they sat me down and had me entering stuff in Excel all day. When I asked for some feedback my manager said, "well, you are learning quicker than I thought". Gee thanks, glad my expensive education is going to entering stuff in Excel and having you say that I am learning quickly.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
