      Pros

      Besides all the awesome perks and benefits, I would say the best part about Roblox is my team. We collaborate well with each other and my manager is always open for anything we have to talk about. I’ve also never grew so much in my career as I am with Roblox. I’ve worked for some at some popular companies before and Roblox makes work feel fun. As a whole, I feel Roblox cares for their employees and offers many opportunities to improve on career growth and your well being.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
