Wonderful company to work for! I did an internship there when I was going to school and the RSI had such a great culture! Everyone was super friendly and smart. A great group of engineers and programmers and they're always working on really cool projects! So glad I had the opportunity to work there!

Honestly I can't think of any cons.

Small company: this means you get to see what everybody is working on and learn from it. It is a company with great vision, fast passed, and great attitude. They are part of one of the best and revolutionary industries: Robotic Industry. Management is straightforward and honest. They will criticize you to help you bring the best of you, and they will praise you when you have worked hard. Great work to life balance. They are understandable when situations come and you need to take time off. Good benefits in regards to a retirement plan and insurance plan.
