Roccor is a very fast-paced and flexible environment new-space environment! Talent and independence are quickly recognized and rewarded. The trust Roccor puts in its employees is very apparent - everyone trusts everyone else to have their back, which allows people to work harder and more creatively.

As a fast-paced, new-space environment, people coming from a traditional aerospace environment can have trouble adapting to a workplace where more individual responsibility is expected.
