Pros
A lot of autonomy. The founders are both great to work with, and overall, they are very supportive and reasonable in their expectations of their employees. I have also seen many purposeful decisions to prioritize making RPC an equitable workplace, which is important to me.
Cons
Like any early stage startup, structure is minimal in some areas, and if you see something that needs to be done, it might mean that you are the one to do it. This can be frustrating for some people that prefer a greater amount of stability that can be found at a larger, more established organization. I prefer it this way though.
