Pros
The field staff is a great group of people, who share experiences and knowledge! Several of the admin staff are great too! If you are liked, and don’t share any opinions, you receive good bonuses.
Cons
Inconsistent policies and procedures, major lack of communication, no accountability or structure, favoritism, lack of consistent work, hiring practices are solely based on who you know, management team is not there for the interest of the employees but rather to line their pockets with a second income after retiring from the DOT, no career plans or career progression. Selective about drug use policy enforcement.
