Pros
barely any, but you do get to work remote, and they pay for whatever flights you need
Cons
I had an excruciatingly disappointing experience working at Rocket Clicks. The biggest issue was the lack of accountability—leadership struggled to take ownership of anything, often leaving employees confused about their actual roles and responsibilities. There was little to no clear vision from management, and if they couldn’t articulate their own direction, how could they guide anyone else? If something went wrong, blame was quickly passed down the chain instead of being addressed constructively. On top of that, the benefits situation was a mess—they changed three times in my short tenure, and none of the options were particularly good. Stability and transparency were seriously lacking. Overall, it felt like an environment where leadership avoided responsibility, failed to provide clarity, and made decisions that directly impacted employees without much consideration. Would not recommend.
