Pros

None. Used to benefits now just barely average

Cons

This company is going down very badly in the last few years. After negative clinical results and missed regulatory timelines, they have done major layoffs, but still the management does not learn. Senior leadership is not experienced, not professional, and most of the time they are busy in politics and talking badly about colleagues instead of focusing on the real work. There is no clear strategy and no proper communication. People in charge are arrogant, play favourites, and let small power go to their head. Backstabbing and gossiping is common, and an inner group of friends and family employees are kept on payroll even when they add very little value. Most of the time they are only spreading rumours and lies. The culture has no transparency, no honesty, and no integrity. Many decisions look unethical and biased, with hiring and promotions often based on connections rather than merit. A majority of the senior leadership has either been let go or chosen to leave because they no longer trust the company’s direction. It is not a safe or inclusive place to work, and nobody feels comfortable to speak up.

Pros

Over the past year, the company has undergone a noticeable and positive evolution, with a much sharper strategic focus and a more deliberate approach to how time, talent, and resources are deployed. There is a strong and visible commitment to advancing the programs with the highest potential to meaningfully impact patients, paired with an increasing emphasis on scientific excellence, operational rigor, and disciplined execution. Teams across the organization are deeply mission-driven, collaborative, and united by a genuine sense of responsibility to patients, which consistently guides decision-making at every level. Leadership is engaged, approachable, and transparent, and has been thoughtful and decisive in setting priorities as programs progress into critical clinical, regulatory, and company-defining stages. This combination of clarity, alignment, and purpose has created real momentum and a growing sense of optimism and excitement about the company’s future and the impact its work can have.

Cons

As with any growing biotech, the pace can be intense and change is constant. Priorities can shift quickly as data emerge or external factors evolve, which can be challenging at times but this reflects the reality of working at the forefront of science.
