      The people I worked with were great, and Rocket Software treated us better than the prior company that had acquired us

      Cons

      One year you get a nice raise, and told there will be another coming next year. Next year comes around and your job is gone due to "Restructuring".

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
