Business outlook
Pros
Flexible hours, no micromanagement, and great people to work with. The benefits are phenomenal - healthcare and 401K are excellent, much higher contributions than other companies in the industry. Relaxed office atmosphere, free snacks and drinks.
Cons
Great employees are asked to take on more work, but raises and bonuses can be limited. Company is a bit slow and bureaucratic - the processes can be made more efficient and agile. These issues are prevalent in any large company, and there's not too many other things that should worry people. Rocket is a great place to work that I feel does value employees and their contributions.
