      Even though I was remote, the team I was on was really fun.. they worked very hard, but liked to have fun too! Always great to find a team like that.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
