      *Competitive salary and annual merit increase *Great annual bonus program *DEI and wonderful work-life balance, including unlimited PTO *Real open-door policy and business transparency *Intelligent and friendly coworkers foster work synergy across departments

      *Could be seen as opportunity: Fast growth means lots of work creating new policies and processes *Not a con in my opinion, but: as a company with under 4k employees, there is always an abundance of work and people know if you are 'calling it in.'

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
